Resident Services

NURSING SERVICES - Whether the need is for long term nursing care or short term rehabilitation, Saint Martha Manor offers the finest quality care from our professional nursing, medical and support staff. Our 24 hour nursing staff helps residents and families deal with physical and emotional changes. A physician is on call at all times for consultation. Our goal is to promote the optimal health and independence for our residents. Saint Martha Manor is Medicare and Medicaid certified.

REHABILITATION SERVICES - Our team of physical, occupational and speech therapists provides for the rehabilitative needs of our residents so that they may achieve their highest potential level of independence. Many residents are able to be discharged to home or to another level of care.

SPIRITUAL SERVICES - Pastoral Care is an integral part of the holistic services we offer our residents at Saint Martha Manor. Mass is celebrated daily in our beautiful, light-filled Chapel. A variety of other religious services include recitation of the Rosary, Legion of Mary, faith-sharing and prayer services, and Anointing of the Sick. A closed-circuit television system telecasts daily Mass to resident rooms, thus allowing those unable to attend an opportunity to participate.

DINING SERVICES - Our skilled chefs prepare delicious meals from seasonal menus that are enjoyed by our residents in gracious dining areas. The main dining room offers restaurant style service where residents choose food selections tableside. Residents choosing to dine in the Vineyard Café enjoy family-style meals. Special theme and holiday meals bring seasonal festiveness and creativity to make memorable dining experiences. Resident menus are supervised by a registered dietitian who evaluates individual meal plans to ensure optimal nutrition for our residents.

RECREATION SERVICES - Therapeutic Recreation provides residents with programs designed to stimulate their interests and opportunities for socialization. Our talented and dedicated staff individualizes the programs to meet the needs of all residents. Musical entertainment is provided regularly to the delight of all. Other activities include gardening, exercise, current events, games and outings to local restaurants, just to name a few.

SOCIAL SERVICES - Our caring and experienced Social Services team assists residents and their families in making the transition to Saint Martha Manor. They promote the rights of residents and provide support needed to resolve personal problems or issues. Social workers also help design and implement a safe discharge to home when possible.
